Novux General Terms and Conditions: By using any Novux services, you agree that you indemnify Novux and its owner (herein referred to collectively as "Novux") against any loss or damage caused by anything that you do (for example, but not limited to, running a badly designed script on your hosting). You agree that Novux has no liability whatsoever to you, and that it is at our discretion to whether we choose to compensate you for downtime or loss.
You agree that it is your responsibility to keep regular backups and check the integrity of these backups, and that Novux may not be held liable for any loss of data or damages. You agree that uptime is not guaranteed, and that while we try to keep everything running at the best level, we are not always able to do so.
Copyrighted material to which you do not have licence may not be hosted, or linked to, from Novux services; explicit or offensive material may not be posted or shared via Novux. You agree that you must abide by US, UK and international laws, and that in the event of illegal activity being discovered, your account(s)/service(s) will be immediately terminated and your details sent to the relevant agencies, namely SOCA (the Serious Organised Crime Agency) in the UK.
If an invoice is not paid within three days of it being issued, the account will be suspended until the balance of the invoice is cleared. If the outstanding payment is not cleared within 7 days of suspension, the account will be terminated and credit agencies informed of your lack of payment. There is a termination fee of £5.
It is not our job to ensure your website runs successfully, it is simply to provide the services you pay for. We do not provide enhanced support - we provide basic support via our ticketing system as a favour, and may stop doing so at any time.
We do not warrant that our services are fit for any purposes, and provide them without guarantee.
You agree that your data is transferred abroad to Wave Accounting for accounting purposes.
By using any Novux service you accept these terms and conditions. These terms may be changed at any time without notice.
